Please come and participate at a Culinary Conversation with Stéphane Jégo… discussions, talking about cooking and prepearing three receips: a starter, a main cours and a dessert.
- Risotto of the birds language and fried liver
- Braised chuck of the beef, which can change depending on the season
- Rice pudding of l’Ami Jean
Stéphane installed a nomadic kithen in the dining room, those who wish to participate in the cooking process can, the others continue with their conversations.
The chef delivers his tricks, secrets and as soon as everything is ready… everyone gets to the table!
Would you like to make a reservation for a Culinary Conversation with Stéphane Jégo?
You have to be a group of 8 persons who like to talk about cooking. 3 receips will be prepeared and afterwards you dine and enjoy them all together. At the moment the “Conversations” take part on monday evenings at 7 pm and thursday and friday mornings from 10 am until 2 pm.
Drinks are not included.
